🗓 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, or invoice)

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

📦 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@vibratalk.com with your order number and photos of the item in question.

🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
